Everything you're wondering about

The questions I get asked most — about the appointment, looking after your lashes, and how booking works. Still unsure? Message me.

Before your appointment

  • Come with clean, dry lashes and no eye makeup, and skip the caffeine beforehand. The door locks automatically, so text me when you arrive and I'll let you in.

  • Only if you've had a reaction to adhesive before, or you're prone to sensitivity around the eyes and want to be sure.

  • For regular fills, yes — book the foreign fill add-on so there's time to assess the work first. Not for mini fills. If the existing set isn't in good condition, I'll suggest a removal and a fresh start.

  • Please do. Some looks depend on the natural lashes underneath, so I might adapt it — and I'll show you what will work on your eyes.

During your appointment

  • No. Your eyes stay closed the whole time. Most people find it relaxing enough to fall asleep.

  • A new set takes anywhere from 2 to 3 hours, depending on the style. Fills are shorter.

  • Please do — most clients fall asleep, and it's the best way to get a beautiful set. A quick chat at the start is always welcome.

Looking after your lashes

  • Not when they're applied properly and looked after. I choose every set around what your natural lashes can hold, and I'll go through aftercare with you at your appointment.

  • Wash them daily with a lash shampoo, avoid oil-based products around your eyes, and don't pick. I'll walk you through the rest at your appointment.

  • Each extension lasts as long as the natural lash it's attached to. They can last up to 6 weeks, but that doesn't mean you should wait that long — fills are recommended every 2 to 2.5 weeks, and anything past 3 weeks is a new set.

  • No — and you won't need to. That's the whole point of extensions.

  • Book a professional removal. Never pull them off yourself.

Booking & Policies

  • It secures the appointment. Lash appointments are long, and a same-day cancellation means those hours can't be filled. The card isn't charged unless the cancellation policy applies.

  • 48 hours' notice, no charge. Less than 48 hours or same day, a cancellation fee applies, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Running late? Always let me know — communication is key.

  • Yes. Message me on Instagram and I'll set one up for you.

  • Lash lifts are returning this fall — stay tuned on Instagram for the date.
