Refunds

· No refunds on services performed. If something isn't right with your set, message me within 48 hours for a free fix. After that, it's booked as a mini fill.

Work from other artists

· I don't fill other artists' work without assessing it first. Book the foreign fill add-on with a regular fill. If the set isn't in good condition, we'll do a removal and a new set.

Before your appointment

• Clean, dry lashes, no eye makeup

• No caffeine beforehand

• Text me when you arrive — the door locks automatically, so I'll let you in

Cancellations

• 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, no charge

• Under 48 hours or same day: a cancellation fee applies

• No-shows: charged 100% of the service booked. Pre-payment may be required to rebook

• Running late? Always let me know — communication is key

• A waiver must be completed before your first appointment

• New clients: add the free 10-minute consultation
